Our
Annual Meeting is scheduled to take place at 2:00 P.M. on April 21, 2010 at
the Credit Union office. There are three
board members up for re-election.

Procedures:
Other
members who wish to be included on the ballot must follow the steps below:
- Submit a written request to
the President/CEO for a nomination package
- To be considered for
nomination, you must collect 200 signatures of fellow members
supporting your candidacy.
- After gathering 200
signatures, forward the signatory documents along with a candidacy
notice and resume to:

nomination packets and petitions must be received by March 5, 2010. For more information on duties and
responsibilities of these positions, please contact the credit union
office.
Sterling Van Dyke Credit Union is owned
and operated entirely by its members. The credit union was founded July 22,
1949. Since that time, we have continually striven to follow the purpose of
the credit union as set forth in the bylaws.

at legitimate rates of interest for provident purposes."
