Sterling Van Dyke Credit Union is a participating member of Service Corporation (SCC). SCC is an organization of
many different Credit Unions who have pooled their resources to operate a series of shared Credit Union Family Service Centers.
These shared service centers are the result of Credit Unions cooperating together to provide increased accessibiliy
with a high level of service to their members. You can access your Credit Union account at any
Credit Union Family Service Center location. In addition to Sterling Van Dyke's primary office, you may find
the Credit Union Family Service Center locations convenient for you from home, from work, or when you're "out and about".
Services provided:
- Withdraw from your Savings and Checking up to $750.00 in cash
- Deposit into your Savings and Checking Accounts
- Cash U.S. Postal Money Orders, most payroll, business and government checks up to $750 in cash
- Cash personal checks and other money orders up to $100 in cash if you have a loan relationship
- Transfer funds from one account to another
- Make loan payments
- Pay certain utility bills
- Purchase travelers checks
- Buy money orders
- Fax documents
- Notarize important documents
- Obtain account balance inquiries
- Obtain corporate drafts

information regarding policies and procedures is available at each
Credit Union Family Service Center location. Policies at Credit
Union Family Service Centers include:
- Daily limit of cash of $750 per member, subject to cash availability and computer access
- Holds on certain types of checks and money orders
- Completion of deposit and withdrawal slips prior to approaching a teller window
- Required picture identification and endorsement verification
